We are a performance gym focused on improving your athleticism through functional training. Classes utilize kettlebells, ropes, suspension trainers, and other cutting edge methods during dynamic functional cardio and strength workouts.

Improving athleticism means reducing body fat, while maintaining or increasing lean mass (toning). You also work on balance, strength, and endurance, which leads to a more active lifestyle.

Workouts are designed to challenge individuals’ physical and mental limits to improve confidence along with physical and mental endurance and toughness. The program and workouts are constantly changing to keep the experience fresh and help you avoid plateaus.
