Programs can be designed for any goal, Olympic Lifting, Weight Loss, to Performance Enhancement.  Nick has helped clients achieve goals such as; weight loss, endurance training (running, swimming, cycling), power sports (football, wrestling, MMA), and Olympic Lifting.  Workouts are designed to challenge individuals’ physical and mental limits to improve confidence along with physical and mental endurance and toughness.
