Do you have a 12-week program?
We offer month-to-month memberships. At Spartan we believe that fitness should be a lifelong pursuit rather than a short term goal. We will educate you on how to periodize workouts so you avoid plateaus and stay motivated throughout the year.
Can I workout at different times each day?
Yes, you can come to any of the classes offered throughout the day. We understand that things come up unexpectedly, and we have more than ten classes a day to fit your schedule.
What should I bring with me to the workout?
When you come to workout wear athletic clothing, bring a water bottle and the desire to work hard.
How early should I arrive before class starts?
A dynamic warm-up is highly suggested before each workout. Please show up ten minutes early to warm-up and get ready to go at the top of the hour.
Can I tryout the gym first before signing up?
Yes, Spartan offers a free week to each prospective client so you can try the workouts before making the commitment.
Do you have locker rooms and showers that anyone can use? 
The Clive location has one shower, and the Downtown location has four showers in each locker room for clients to use.
I need help with my diet, how can you help me?
We work with clients on food tracking and helping them make better nutrition goals to help them accelerate their results. We help clients modify their eating habits so they can make appropriate lifestyle changes.
How can I purchase a Spartan Strength T-shirt or sweatshirt?
Spartan merchandise is available at each location for purchase.
