Since joining Spartan Strength Performance Gym 4+ years ago, I have enjoyed Spartan Strength 6 days a week. Spartan Strength encourages you, pushes you to go further, and makes sure you are doing it the right way. I was fortunate to find Spartan Strength.  I was a little hesitant at first to work out in a gym that focuses on power lifting, I couldn’t have been more wrong. When I met Nick, I did not know how much the gym would change my life, but from the start I could see how educated he was when it comes to health and fitness and his PASSION for it is exuberant.

Nick’s knowledge of nutrition has inspired me to document daily what I eat by using My Fitness Pal.  Spartan Strength has educated me with many ideas of what protein, carbs, and fat to eat, balance, and live a healthy life. With Nick’s knowledge and guidance, my strength and muscle tone continues to improve.

The experience has been rewarding and exciting. The workouts push the limitations of my physical abilities without compromising muscle flexibility or muscle injury. He constantly encourages me to push myself in every workout and never slack, no matter what. As a result, I increase in strength, flexibility, endurance, and confidence with every workout. I can attest to the quality of Nick’s programming, knowledge and expertise, my routine at Spartan Strength has kept me coming back.
